Chris Liu

Chris Liu is a Director of Data and Analytics at E15 supporting Restaurant Associates. He has nearly a decade of experience working with data across industries including, hospitality and healthcare. He has extensive knowledge in financial modeling and leveraging data to drive process improvement and business optimization

Chris joined E15 in 2021 as part of the global leadership team for a large financial institution client. In this role, he established standardized processes for global data collection and downstream reporting of performance metrics. In addition, he oversaw the development of analytical tools, dashboards, and custom analyses for clients and executive leadership.
In his current role, Chris focuses on collaborating with partners to develop capital investment, technology integration, and menu optimization strategies unique to each location. He is excited to combine his analytical skillset with his passion for delicious food to help drive operational strategy and enhance the data-driven culture within R/A.

Chris received his MHA from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and is a graduate of Tufts University. He is a native of Queens, NY and currently resides there with his wife Jennifer and son Daniver.
