Marc Scheuer leads a team of seven Supervising Chefs and eight Regional Chefs that are responsible for over $800,000,000 in annual revenue, innovation, menu planning, new business acquisitions and client relations.

In Jay’s current role of SVP of Finance, Jay helps lead the R/A Finance team in Financial Planning and Analysis across the entire business. Jay provides a breadth of knowledge and experience from all areas of Contract Foodservice including having worked in Operations, IT, Accounting, Audit, and Finance.
