Vice President, Marketing & Communication
Serena Crutchfield leads the marketing and communication efforts and programs for RA while working with the teams at accounts and their clients to achieve sales and participation goals. Since May of 2005, she has worked for Restaurant Associates, beginning her career as Marketing Manager in accounts such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City and the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C. This was followed by Regional Marketing Manager positions in Washington D.C. and Boston.
Through these roles, she developed a core understanding of operations and marketing at the unit level as well as how to create and implement successful programs for both corporate and cultural dining accounts throughout the company. In addition to developing company-wide initiatives both for the company and for the field, Serena sits on the steering committee for R/A’s Diversity & Inclusion Action Council and Race Equity Advocacy Council.
Serena holds a Bachelors of Science in Communication from Southern Oregon University.
