Robin Cerrati

In 2004, Robin Cerrati was recruited to the role as Vice President of Human Resources for Restaurant Associates (R/A) responsible leading best-in-class HR Strategy.  The focus of Robin and her team is in fostering successful business partnerships by ensuring that all people objectives are aligned with the broader business objectives.  Robin’s passion in guiding R/A’s people and culture transformation has been evident over the last 19 years.  Robin set the stage early on with the formation of the new Leadership and Centers for Excellence Model enabling R/A’s dynamic growth from 2005-2008.  Shortly after, led R/A in the re-creation of Mission, Vision and Values and our employee recognition platform Hospitality Heroes.  Latterly, in collaboration with R/A Senior Leaders, has been leading our People Matter CARE strategy that as leaders each of us is responsible in creating a common sense of purpose that inspires others to be their very best through trust, transparency, and respect.  Robin has led the relationships with our Community partnerships: Job Path, FedCap, C-CAP and Best Buddies.

Robin has a MBA from Bridgeport University, where she graduated top of the class and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. Annually, Robin is active in Moderating People strategy sessions with the HR Leaders Lounge.  She lives in Darien CT with her husband John “Skip” Hyde, Director Career Development and Alumni Services at the Data Science Institute at Columbia University- The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science.
