Our new CARE logo is an embracing expression of our culture of CARE.

During a series of listening sessions across all of R/A over a decade ago, one word consistently came forward: CARE, a testament to the sense of support and compassion that has always been a part of the R/A culture.

Our Culture of CARE – Connect, Anticipate, Respect, and Exceed – stands as a symbol of our commitment to each other, our clients, and our guests, delivering hospitality excellence every day.

The design of our new CARE logo reminds us of our shared commitment to nurturing a Culture of CARE and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.

APT Program

At R/A, we believe through investing in women culinarians, we can continue to spark a movement of change. In alignment with our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging goals, R/A is committed to building a strong pipeline of women leaders to leverage gender diversity for better business results. We had 8 women graduate in 2022, and 13 in 2023.

The APT program provides women frontline associates with culinary knowledge and career advancement. Participants are paired with a Coach as well as their unit Executive Chef to guide them through the program and help them succeed.

Hospitality Heroes

At Restaurant Associates, our mission statement is: Delivering Hospitality Excellence to Premier Clients. We value, respect and care for our associates as much as we do for our guests. Our employee recognition program, Hospitality Heroes, honors outstanding performers who display our core values on a daily basis.
