Jay Small
Senior Vice President, Finance
With over 20 years of experience with Compass Group, Jay provides a breadth of knowledge and experience from all areas of Contract Foodservice including having worked in Operations, IT, Accounting, Audit, and Finance. In Jay’s current role of SVP of Finance, Jay helps lead the R/A Finance team in Financial Planning and Analysis across the entire business.
Jay graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with his Bachelor’s in General Studies (Mathematics & Sciences) and a minor in Nutrition Sciences. Jay also received his Executive MBA in 2023 from Quantic. Jay serves on the Fulton County Georgia Audit Committee as an appointee by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners and also works with several Non-Profit organizations including No Kid Hungry which works to end childhood hunger.
